Spend the day immersed in creativity with local artist Addy Gardner, known for her vibrant and expressive landscape work. In this one-day workshop, Addy will guide you through the process of creating your own mixed media landscape, using a variety of techniques such as collage, layering, drawing, and painting.
The day begins with playful sketching and exploration of landscape forms, before moving into hands-on experimentation with different materials. Addy’s supportive teaching style ensures that beginners and more experienced artists alike will feel inspired and encouraged.
By the afternoon, you’ll be working on your own piece, drawing on Addy’s 20 years of artistic experience and her passion for helping others unlock their creativity. You’ll finish the day with a completed mixed media landscape to take home, as well as new skills and approaches to use in your future art practice.
No prior experience is necessary—all materials will be provided. Just bring your curiosity, a packed lunch, and a willingness to explore the beauty of landscapes through art.
